CONTACT LENS CARE
Some important steps that you should not missed while handling your contact lenses.
I strongly suggest you to perform each of the instruction below while wearing your lenses, that is what I always do, and I never had any eyes infections/damage in eyesight since I started wearing colour lenses 4 years ago.

Tips from me
♥ always wash your hand with soap before insertion and removal of your lenses
♥ do not wear them for prolonged hour, around 6 hours each day is advised by professional optometrist, its ok to go over hour once in a while, just try to avoid that, your eyes need to breathe
♥ do not wear them everyday, gives your eyes some rest from time to time, 3-4 days of contact lens wear per week, the rest with glasses, this is very essential.
♥ soak your new lenses(just opened from vial bottle) in fresh solution for at least 8 hours before you wear them out officially
♥ always use fresh and unexpired solution to rinse and store your new/wore lenses *never use water*
♥ change the solution which soaked your wore lenses frequently, and after each use
♥ always use eyedrops for contact lens use to lubricate your eyes while you wear lenses
♥ wear lenses before makeup and remove them before you remove your makeup.
♥ although they are yearly disposable, I never use them for more than 7 months, mainly because I have plenty of stocks myself
♥ also for hygiene purpose, you need to change to a new pair whenever you find them very uncomfortable to wear.
♥ Some customer managed to maintain them for a year, some only use them for few months, it really depends on individual on how well they manage to maintain.
♥ change the used contact lens case every 3 months, as bacteria could develops in the lens case and may lead to eyes infections.
♥ whenever you wash your lens case after you take the lenses out, allow to air dry before next use.
♥ Newbie to contact lens?
Apart from that, if you never use any contact lenses before, you need to get a contact lens fitting from a professional optometrist in optical store.
They will check and advice you whether you are suitable for contact lenses and provide you with your prescription slip.
You need that prescription slip as reference to purchase contact lenses online.
It is very rare case but some people are not suitable for wearing lenses because they have special condition.
